Second phase of ‘Praja Sangrama Yatra’ from Jogulamba shrine

TS BJP president Bandi Sanjay Kumar has announced that the second phase of his ‘Praja Sangrama Yatra’ will start on Dr. Ambedkar’s birth anniversary on April 14 from the Jogulamba temple in Alampur, Gadwal.

At a meeting held to plan the programme of his forthcoming walkathon on Wednesday at the party office, he said the date was decided to highlight the “deriding of the Indian Constitution by Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao and the TRS party and thereby insulting its architect Dr.Ambedkar”.

During his programme, while lending an ear to the people’s problems, they will also be sensitised about the failures of the TRS government and about the Central Government’s welfare and development schemes. He said the first phase success had earned recognition at the national level and the party had decided to take up similar programmes in other states.

The party had promised free health and education if it comes to power based on interaction with the people, he said and added that Union Ministers and other top leaders of the party will be participating at various stages in the programme and arrangements should also be made for the likelihood of leaders from other parties joining.
