A second man has been charged as part of the police investigation connected to Manchester City footballer Benjamin Mendy.
Louis Saha Matturie has been charged with four counts of rape.
The 40-year-old appeared at Chester Magistrates' Court in relation to the case this morning.

The charges relate to three complainants, all over the age of 16, and are alleged to have taken place between April 2021 and August 2021.
Matturie, of Edwin Court, Eccles, is now set to appear at Chester Crown Court on Friday, September 10.
Cheshire Police, the force carrying out the investigation, said the case was linked to that of Mendy.
The 27-year-old, of Withinlee Road, Prestbury, appeared in court last month after he was charged with four counts of rape and one count of sexual assault.
Police said the allegations against the French international dated between October 2020 and August 2021 and also related to three complainants over the age of 16.
In a statement released by Cheshire Police today, the force said: "Cheshire Constabulary and the Crown Prosecution Service would like to remind everyone that criminal proceedings against Matturie and Mendy are live and that they have a right to a fair trial.
"It is extremely important that there should be no reporting, commentary or sharing of information online which could in any way prejudice ongoing proceedings."
