A man was held by police who said he was spotted riding a scrambler bike dangerously on a canal towpath.
Police spotted the bike heading down a towpath by the Leeds to Liverpool canal near Wango Lane in Aintree.
The scramble r, which police said was being ridden dangerously, was heading towards Kirkby.

The man riding the scrambler was held at the scene and the bike seized, along with cash and some cannabis.
In a message on social media Knowsley Police said the man was wanted by North Wales Police on suspicion of drug offences.
Knowsley Police posted a message last night which read: "Another male has joined the no motorcycle club today after Team KP caught him riding dangerously along the canal tow path near Wango Lane heading towards Kirkby.
"He wasn't aware how good our officers are at hide and seek Scambler bike seized. Cannabis seized. Cash seized. Wanted by North Wales Police for drug supply."
The operation formed part of Operation Brookdale which is the force's attempt target the criminal use of scrambler bikes across Merseyside.
