Scottish cloud software business posts turnover rising in line with demand

East Kilbride-headquartered Eureka Solutions has recorded an annual turnover of £4.5m in its latest financial year - up 2% on the previous 12-month period.

The cloud software business saw enquiries double and client numbers increase by 4%. This demand saw Eureka Solutions hire 12 new staff members to its team of 65 during the past six months.

The company has also started drawing plans to take its proprietary integration technology to the global market.

It helps companies deploy NetSuite, the cloud-based business management suite, which covers financials, e-commerce, customer relationship management in one unified platform.

Founded in 2004, Eureka Solutions has invested heavily in the development of its own proprietary technology, Cloud Data Exchange, that connects disparate business systems, aiming to reduce duplication of effort and errors.

David Lindores, chief executive at Eureka Solutions, said: “The pandemic has accelerated what was already happening in terms of a move towards cloud technology - some estimate that it has accelerated the change by at least five years and businesses will continue to need expert help to manage these changes.

“Now more than ever, businesses are seeing the new possibilities that open up for them when they can access all of their vital business data via a web browser, wherever they are.”
