Yobs have been captured on camera driving the wrong way on a dual carriageway in Dundee – almost crashing head-on into a police van coming the other way.
The video, published by social media page Rebreak News, shows a black hatchback speeding along the right-hand side of the A90 Kingsway ring road.
The incident happened sometime late at night on Thursday or in the early hours of Friday, April 21.
In the clip, which was filmed by another driver, the car breezes past a police van as it approaches a roundabout.
"He's away to crash, polis guy, look," someone narrates, laughing, as the car narrowly misses the emergency vehicle.
The car can be seen driving the wrong way through the roundabout as it continues up the road while the person filming shouts: "Look, he's still going."
The footage has been roundly condemned by viewers on social media.
"This is usually when an innocent person is killed and a family destroyed forever," one person wrote, signing off their comment with an angry emoji. Another added: "Ridiculous...could cause an accident."
"Absolute clowns, not funny in the slightest," said a third viewer, while a fourth wrote: "Absolute joke, these clowns will get a rude awakening someday and they will blame others."
Another added: "Do you seriously think this is funny? Utter clowns could take out innocent people."
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “We are aware of the video and enquiries are ongoing.”
