Saudi Arabia Announces 1,109 New Virus Cases

The Saudi Health Ministry announced on Sunday 1,109 new coronavirus cases, bringing the Kingdom’s tally to 307,479.

Of the new cases, 65 were recorded in Makkah, 61 in Madinah, 57 in Jazan and 52 in Jeddah.

The ministry also announced 30 more deaths from the COVID-19 disease, which brought the country’s death toll to 3,649

The total number of recoveries in the Kingdom increased to 280,143 after 1,702 more patients recovered from the disease.
