Salman Khan mourns the loss of 'Tere Naam' director Satish Kaushik: 'I will remember him for the man that he was!'

Satish Kaushik’s untimely demise has left a void in the industry that can never be filled. The actor-director passed away on March 8, after suffering from a heart attack.

His industry friends have been flooding the internet with messages of condolences. Salman Khan also took to his Twitter handle to mourn his loss.

He wrote, ‘Always loved cared n respected him n shall alway remember him for the man that he was . May his soul rest in peace n strength to family n loved ones. .. #RIP Satish Ji.’

Satish gave Salman one of his biggest hits, ‘Tere Naam’. The film, which also starred Bhumika Chawla, is one of the most loved films of the actor in Bollywood.

Satish Kaushik had recently shared a picture from the sets of Arbaaz Khan’s ‘Patna Shukla’ where he was seen posing with Salman and others. He wrote, ‘It was a great moment of pleasure for the unit of Arbaaz Khan’s film Patna Shukla when super star Salman Khan dropped in at the shoot to wish everyone for the progress of the film . @arbaazkhanofficial @vivekbudakoti @nehapartimatiyani .. Raveenay @officialraveenatandon we missed u in this picture @beingsalmankhan.’

The last rite rituals and cremation of Bollywood veteran actor Satish Kaushik will take place on Thursday evening, at 5 pm, read an official statement.
