Salford City will begin their League Two campaign by entertaining Exeter City at Moor Lane.
The Ammies will take on the Grecians at home at 3pm on Saturday, September 12.
Salford's first away day of the new season will be the following week against Grimsby Town.
Trips to local rivals Oldham Athletic and Bolton Wanderers take place on January 30, 2021, and November 14 respectively.
Graham Alexander's side are at home to Walsall on Boxing Day, while they have a trip to Leyton Orient as their first game of 2021.
The Ammies conclude the season against Orient at Moor Lane on May 8.
