Poor Ruth Langsford suffered a nasty injury after falling over on a day out with her husband Eamonn Holmes .
The TV couple had donned their glad rags for a day out at Surrey's Epsom Downs Racecourse when she fell to the floor.
The This Morning duo, both 59, took to Instagram to share pictures of Ruth's bruised and bloody knees, and to reassure everyone that she's okay.
Loose Women star Ruth said: "So....wonderful day at the Derby @epsomdownsracecourse until I fell over on my way out! Ouch! Before you ask...I WASN’T drunk!! #fallingover #embarrassing"
And Eamonn sweetly commented: "Poor you ....I'll kiss them better darling"
He revealed what had happened on his own account.
He said: "Even though there were no fences at @epsomdownsracecourse today ..... my poor @ruthlangsford fell at the last one, ironically while thanking the police and paramedics who kept everyone safe.
"She's a bit shaken and stirred but fine."
Ruth's fans and famous friends were concerned about her after her fall.
"Omg. Poor Ruth," Amanda Holden commented.
Katie Piper said: "Ouch- you poor thing. Hope it’s not hurting too much"
Before her unfortunate tumble, Ruth had shared a picture of herself and her husband at the event.
Posing up against some greenery, the pair looked stunning in their fancy outfits.
Eamonn looked handsome in a three-piece suit, including top hat and tails.
Ruth was as gorgeous as ever in a slightly-sheer pale blue flowery dress, complete with a fascinator, matching handbag and peeptoe heels.
She said: "Wonderful day out at the Derby @epsomdownsracecourse .... think @eamonnholmes & I scrub up alright don’t we?!!"
"You look gorgeous," pal Jane Moore told her.
While Lisa Riley commented: "PERFECT COUPLE, love to you both"
