Ruth Langsford sent a subtle message to her ex-husband Eamonn Holmes by finally taking off her wedding ring in her latest Instagram video.
The Loose Women star, 65, split from the GB News presenter, 65 last year after 14 years of marriage and he has since moved on with relationship counsellor Katie Alexander, 43.
Their bitter divorce recently took another turn, with lawyers getting involved in the battle over their £3.6 million six-bedroom property in Weybridge, Surrey.
Amid the escalating tension, Langsford quietly removed her wedding band on social media on Thursday after leaving it on for more than a year.
The This Morning presenter shared a video of herself making one of her “favourite summer dishes” - a “colourful, no-cook salad”.
Langsford - who shares son Jack, 23, with Holmes - wore a pale pink and orange shirt and jeans in the clip, ditching the ring on her left hand.
In May, it was revealed the TV star has been granted a severance of joint tenancy over her former marital home with Holmes.
The legal move means Holmes would no longer have a claim on Langsford’s share of the home, which the couple purchased together in 2014, according to The Sun.
Sarah Dwight, of the Law Society, explained: “One of the first things divorce lawyers do is to give their clients the option to sever the joint tenancy, so they can leave their share of the house to whoever they want.
“This move protects Ruth in that if she were to die, she can leave her wealth to whoever she wants, rather than Eamonn getting everything.”

Holmes is reported to have told friends his relationship with Langsford is “very, very tricky”.
It comes as Holmes’ new girlfriend Alexander shared their first photos together on Instagram amid the broadcaster’s health struggles.
She posted a reel of a recent loved-up day out with the former This Morning host on Instagram, which was set to The Levellers’ song, What A Beautiful Day.
She posed for cosy selfies with Holmes, who was in a wheelchair, and her dog Dottie in the clip, which was captioned: “Lovely weather... lovely company.”
