PATTAYA: Police interrupted 10 Russians running a class in sexual techniques for 43 compatriots in a Pattaya hotel room early on Monday morning.
The raid at the luxury hotel, the name of which was withheld, occurred about 12.30am.
Attendees were reportedly given certificates in sexual skills after completing the training course.
Trainers and trainees were wearing T-shirts bearing the words "sex animator".
The trainees were later freed after their passports were checked. Police said they paid about 20,000 baht each for the course.
Of the 10 trainers, three were illegal migrants, one had overstayed a visa and another was working without a permit. Pattaya police were taking relevant legal action against them.
