Russia is not cooperating with us on Ukraine, ICC says

The chief prosecutor of the International Criminal Court spoke about alleged war crimes in Ukraine with FRANCE 24,  Karim A. A. Khan KC urged Russia to cooperate with the ICC and said "we've got no political agenda". Asked about Russian FM Sergei Lavrov's claim that the ICC is not investigating potential crimes by Ukraine, Khan said he had already made it clear that "all parties in the conflict have clear responsibilities".

The ICC chief prosecutor also spoke about the beginning of the historic trial of the September 28, 2009 stadium massacre in the Guinean capital Conakry, in which 156 people were killed and more than 100 women raped by security forces.

Khan said his office has signed a memorandum of understanding with the junta's transitional president, Colonel Mamadi Doumbouya, that guarantees the trial will be fair and transparent.
