Anupamaa fame Rupali Ganguly is one lucky actress. While she celebrated her birthday with family at a resort, her fans sent her gifts and cakes. There were some who also did noble deeds like celebrating her birthday with orphans, feeding the stray dogs and going to an orphanage home.
As soon as she walked in her home after a three-day break, Rupali did a Live on Instagram. She thanked her fans for sending in gifts and beautiful cakes. She joked she'd now get fatter.
Rupali specially mentioned some of her fans and thanked them for the beautiful gestures they did to make her day special. She said, "I am overwhelmed. Sadiya had gone and celebrated the day with orphans in Pakistan." She added that Avni went to an old age home and Nidhi made donations on her birthday."
She also took names of her fans who fed street dogs.
There were gifts that included flowers, photo frames and a star certificate. Rupali thanked everyone and also wished other fans, who share the same birth date. Rupali clarified that her husband Ashwin didn't put up a post on Instagram for her as he was taking their videos in the water, unfortunately his phone fell and stopped working.
Rupali cut one of the cakes sent by her fans and asked the girls not to call her 'moti'. In the end, she thanked her fans for doing the kind gestures and asked them to continue doing so on other days also.
