Royal Oil Manufacturing Celebrates 15th Anniversary Marking a Legacy of Natural and Handmade Beauty Goods

Royal Oil Manufacturing, a handcrafted natural beauty brand, is celebrating its 15th anniversary. The milestone reflects the business's longevity and founder Andrea Young's mission to support families and promote accessible wellness, offering clean, all natural, and handcrafted alternatives in the beauty market.

Rooted in Young's lifelong connection to the beauty industry, Royal Oil began as a passion project. "15 years ago, I was a single mom with two boys. I sought a business venture that could allow me to be present for my family," she explains. Having grown up working in her family's beauty supply stores and later becoming a nail technician and educator, Young notes that she knew exactly where she wanted to make a difference.

"I had seen many products that were full of unhealthy ingredients. If I was going to make something, I needed it to be effective, healthy, and most importantly, accessible."

Inspired by her mother's use of olive oil and by beauty icons she admired growing up, Young spent years waiting for someone to develop a truly natural, olive-oil-based solution for hair, skin, and nails. "I kept wondering why there was a lack of accessible olive oil beauty products," she says. Eventually, she shifted her curiosity from searching for the right olive oil to creating it herself, which set the foundation for Royal Oil.

Today, the company offers handcrafted natural oils, scrubs, soaps, tattoo-care products, and room sprays in dozens of floral, herbal, citrus, sweet, and earthy fragrances, which Young notes have resonated with clients' preferences.

According to Young, Royal Oil's manufacturing process is meticulously handcrafted, with each bottle, scrub, and bar of soap prepared with care. "I take great pride in what I do," she says. "There is a lot of conscious effort taken to make everything handmade and consistent. And I do this because I want people to have the best experience possible."

To enforce that vision, Young has intentionally grown Royal Oil's product range, centered on selective health categories, to maintain quality. The natural oils, boasting over 16 distinct cents, are designed for daily use on hair, skin, and nails. Young's handmade soaps, available in scents from gardenia and jasmine vanilla, alongside her dead sea mud soap made with Bentonite clay and activated charcoal, serve as shampoo, body wash, or shaving soap. Face and body scrubs made with Pink Himalayan sea salt and olive oil remain among her signature offerings, alongside a tattoo-care line known as Tatt Krack, infused with olive oil, cinnamon leaf, and other essential fragrance oils.

Royal Oil also encompasses a line of versatile room, linen, and body sprays in naturally derived scents such as peppermint, mint eucalyptus, and lavender, designed to offer insect repellent and calming properties.

As Royal Oil enters its next chapter, Young is beginning to explore selective wholesale partnerships to meet growing demand, a thoughtful expansion that still honors the handcrafted nature of the brand. "Because it's handmade, large orders take time, but it's important to me that everything is fresh and made with care," she shares. "I want partners who appreciate that."

Fifteen years in, Andrea Young's mission is as focused as ever. She continues her efforts to reach more families, share the benefits of natural oil-based care, and expand her impact while keeping the integrity of her craft. Young believes this milestone is a reminder of why she began and why she continues.

As she puts it, "Royal Oil was built with love, and it's grown because people believe in it. After 15 years, I still feel grateful every single day. This is exactly what I was meant to do."
