Roxanne, 'The Ultimatum's' resident entrepreneur, talks business—and we get an update on her relationship with Antonio

Antonio and Roxanne, The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On. (L to R) Antonio Mattei, Roxanne Kaiser in episode 208 of The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On

Roxanne, The Ultimatum season 2's career-driven, no-nonsense cast member, turned the reality dating show genre on its head.

Typically, those cast on Netflix's romance-focused franchises are caught up in their emotions. They're not factoring distance, lifestyles, and the future into the equation when meeting a sexy someone at a tropical villa. Then we're introduced Roxanne and her boyfriend, Antonio, one of The Ultimatum season 2 couples at a crossroads. Though she has her doubts about tying the knot, one thing she's certain about is creating a professional life she's passionate about.

"I'm just trying to make girls' lives better with my product," she tells My Imperfect Life.

Roxanne's career journey is a main storyline throughout the season, and it's a factor that we see jeopardizing her relationship. Is Antonio focused enough? What gives him the drive to get up in the morning, besides their relationship? We get little snippets about her career throughout the first eight episodes of the season, but let's dive in to see where the reality star's at business-wise (and romantically, too).

What does Roxanne from 'The Ultimatum' do for a living?

The Georgia native is one-half of Pasted Nip, a women-focused brand that creates more comfortable, longer-lasting nipple pastes. But it's about more than just keeping the girls secure sans bra—it's meant to be a champion of women and help boost their confidence. Per its site, Pasted Nip's mission is to "take societal standards of beauty, release your inner sexy and throw your bras to the haters."

So where is Pasted Nip today? It's only growing and undoubtedly will gain more exposure thanks to the show.

"My business is doing great. We hit big-box stores earlier this year which has been great and a challenge of its own," Roxanne reveals. "We just got a warehouse, which has been a crazy transition. I can't have nails anymore because I'm moving boxes like crazy. I'm trying to work through this new phase of my life."

We, and Antonio, are confident that whatever Roxanne encounters career-wise will be simple for the go-getter.

"She walks it like she talks it. Anything she ever expected out of me, she did herself," Antonio tells us.

When asked what he took away from joining the show with his partner, we can't help but feel his mindset is thanks to Roxanne's mentality.

"It's so cheesy, and I hate that this is my takeaway, but it's that you can do anything you set your mind to. It's that simple. That has been the biggest lesson," he says.

Are Roxanne and Antonio from 'The Ultimatum' still together?

Viewers are still waiting to learn Roxanne and Antonio's fate. They'll be able to see what's going on with the pair come Wednesday, August 30, when the final two episodes of the season are available to stream.

One thing's for certain: Roxanne's go-get-'em attitude has rubbed off on Antonio, who just opened up a car shop earlier this summer. The entrepreneurial mentality is definitely contagious!

Watch this space for updates. And once you're set with The Ultimatum crew, be sure to tune in to Love Is Blind: After the Altar season 4 on Friday, September 1 on Netflix.
