Roster moves: Redskins release T.J. Rahming, sign quarterback to replace Josh Woodrum

The Washington Redskins wrapped up the last practice of training camp on Sunday morning, and with it, they made a few roster moves as well.

Washington revealed on Saturday that 4th-string quarterback, Josh Woodrum, tore his pectoral in the preseason game vs. the Cleveland Browns, and he has subsequently been placed on the Injured Reserve list.

In attempts to fill his hole left on the QB depth chart, the Redskins signed QB Jalan McLendon, who played at the University of Baylor.

The Redskins let go of wide receiver T.J. Rahming while adding DB Dejaun Neal and LB Darrell Williams. The release of Rahming is a bit surprising, considering he was having a successful camp so far.
