Just weeks after calling it quits with Romeo Beckham, Kim Turnbull has decided to set the record straight about those rumours that she was *ahem* once romantically involved with his big bro Brooklyn Beckham.
Spilling the tea in an Instagram story on Monday, Kim admitted she’s held back so far to avoid adding fuel to the metaphoric dumpster fire that has been all the the Beckham family chaos lately. But, it’s now time to dish.
“I’ve avoided speaking on this topic to avoid adding fuel to the fire, however it’s come to a point where I feel the need to address it so I can move on,” she wrote.
“I will not continue to receive harassment or be embarrassed on the basis of lies, to fit a certain narrative.”

Rumours have been flying across tabloids and social media that Kim once dated Brooklyn (who she didn’t specifically name in the Insta story) but the DJ insisted their relationship was never anything more than friendly.
“I have never been romantically involved in ANY capacity at ANY point with the person in question,” she wrote. “Nothing between us has occurred further than a school friendship at age 16.”
Plus, in a move that’s giving “I would very much like to be excluded from this narrative” à la Taylor Swift, Kim signed off: “I would like to remove myself from the ongoing conversation & set the record straight for the sake of everyone involved.”

Kim, 24, and Romeo, 22, broke up earlier this month after seven months of dating, and rumour has it it’s been a sore spot adding to all the drama between the Beckhams, Brooklyn, and his wife of three years, Nicola Peltz–Beckham.
Back in April, TMZ reported the brothers haven’t been speaking “for months” ever since Romeo started dating Kim, with Brooklyn not entirely convinced about her intentions.
Plus, Brooklyn and his wife were noticeably absent from David Beckham‘s 50th birthday celebrations, and sources said the pair didn’t plan on attending any fam events that Kim was going to be at. (In another move that’s giving major shade, the married couple even requested a “separate meet-up” with the parents.)
One insider told PEOPLE Brooklyn “didn’t want to be in the same room” as Kim, but David “opted to have Kim there over Nicola”.
Another source added: “Brooklyn and Kim know each other from the past, and his family knows he’s not comfortable around her.”
Romeo even posted a fam photo from the party with the caption “Family is everything” — and nope, it did not include tags for his big bro or Nicola.

A source previously told Us Weekly that the Beckham family drama ended up playing a role in Romeo and Kim’s break-up, which came not long after David’s birthday party.
“Romeo and Kim did split because of the family drama,” they said.
“It was mutual. It was just too much pressure and tension looming over them.”
The insider added all the drama “put a lot of strain” on the relationship and while it was unfortunate, ultimately “family comes first” for Romeo.
So does this mean there’s finally going to be a big ol’ patch-up and brothers reunion? David and Victoria are really hoping for it.
“David and Victoria are hopeful the boys will mend things soon,” the source said. “They just want their family to be at peace and whole again.”
I’m lowkey taking bets on whether the drama’s really donezo.
