Rochelle Humes shares husband Marvin's three-word response to expanding family after admitting to 'really struggling'

Rochelle Humes has jokingly shared her husband Marvin Humes' three-word response to questions over whether they'll expand their family. The loved-up couple, who started dating in 2010 before tying the knot two years later, are doting parents to their three children - Alaia Maia, Valentina and Blake.

Back in March, Rochelle said "our hands definitely feel very full" when asked about the possibility of having a fourth child. And it appears the plans having changed in the last few months as the This Morning star took part in a new Q&A on social media.

Rochelle, 33, implored her millions of Instagram followers to 'ask me a question' before typing: "Heyyy," alongside Instagram question box. "Do you think you'd have a fourth child?" the mum-of-three was asked.

Sharing a beautiful black and white photo of Valentina holding her now two-year-old lttle brother when he was just a baby, Rochelle replied: "When I look at pics like this I could have a billion." But she then added: "@marvinhumes said shop is shut," alongside a string of crying laughing emojis.

The questions, or comments, then got more serious, however, as one of Rochelle's 2.2 million followers wrote in the question box: "Your life seems so perfect..." Sharing a lengthy response to the remark, the former The Saturday's singer shared an honest answer that saw her comment on the grief she has been suffering.

"NO one's life is perfect," she started by saying. "Literally nobody. Don't ever let social media make you think that. I'll be honest with you, if I'm having a bad day/week/period of time the LAST thing I think about is sharing it online. I'm too busy trying to get myself in a better place.

"I don't judge people that do. I actually admire the bravery but for me, I really see this as an escapism and I'm that person that will always push for positivity. I'm such a manifestor and I really believe that thoughts are things..."

She went on: "It doesn't mean I don't have bad or down spells, I really do. The past year and a half I've really struggled to process grief after the loss of my best friend. I'm just really not a natural oversharer."

Rochelle wrote the message over a sweet photo of her son's hand which was resting on her knee. "This picture of my son's hand on my knee when I wasn't having a great day will always make my heart full."

Back in April, Rochelle emotionally shared the permanent tribute she has made to her late friend in a moving message. The presenter showcased her heartfelt tattoo tribute to her late friend, who she affectionately called Ebby, in a social media post. On what would have been her friend's birthday, Rochelle took to her Instagram Story to show off her new ink which appears to sit across her ribs.

She poignantly wrote: "Happy Birthday to our angel in the sky, so lucky that you were ours." She added: "Always Ebby," alongside a beautiful black and white photo of the pair. Rochelle then shared a video of the pair once sharing an embrace as they sipped on cocktails, writing: "I hope you're having a Lychee Martini."

She then finished her string of Story posts by sharing a picture of her new tattoo, which featured the words 'Always Ebby' in a simple script, alongside the outline of a heart.

Rochelle hasn't previously spoken publicly about her loss but back in January 2022, she did allude to 'losing a loved one' in a New Year's post. She appeared to be trying to come to terms with her grief while on holiday with her family, including her husband and their children.

"Thank you for all of your messages, I know I've been quiet," Rochelle penned at the time alongside a string of idyllic holiday snaps. "Losing a loved one is never easy, so I'm trying to find my feet whilst holding my little family close and making some more memories. Although the world keeps turning and the sun comes up each day. Life has never been the same, since you were called away. You were such a special person, so gentle, good and kind and have left the sweetest memories and thoughts of you behind."

She added: "I only wish there was a way, that I could see you one more time, to thank you for the joy you bought, into this life of mine." Rochelle then finished the tribute with a photo commemorating lost loved ones, which read: "We love them, we miss them, we grieve them. And so we live our lives to make them proud."
