Rochelle Humes says 'I'm not okay' as she shares emotional family update after loved-up display with husband Marvin

Rochelle Humes admitted she's 'not okay' as she shared an emotional family update after putting on a loved-up display with her husband Marvin Humes.

The This Morning presenter was all smiles when she appeared on The One Show on Tuesday night (June 13) alongside her JLS star partner as they chatted about the return of their BBC One music game show, The Hit List. Rochelle looked stunning as she donned a classy black dress for the appearance.

And Marvin looked equally as dapper in a knitted, slightly v-necked top with beige chinos. As they posed together behind the scenes, the signer-turned-DJ captioned a snap of them on his Instagram: "One show with the One!" Rochelle meanwhile shared a sweet snap of the pair looking at each other while holding hands as well as pictures of herself posing up a glamourous storm.

"Thanks for having us @bbctheoneshow," Rochelle captioned the post to her 2.2M followers before the compliments came flooding in. @suehaigsmith said: "Power Couple." @bluepanteli commented: "Couple goals right there." @be.autyqueen398 replied: "I love u both so much , such a hot couple." @amandaadams1969 posted: "You look wonderful together." @astonsarmy added: "Loved watching you both!!!!"

But the fun evening on the telly soon turned emotional as the couple headed home. Rochelle took to Instagram to admit to her followers that she was struggling with the idea of her and Marvin's eldest daughter, ten-year-old Alaia-Mai, going on her first residential school trip.

Sharing a snap to her Instagram Story of her daughter's packed case, the 34-year-old penned: "Home and just finished packing Alaia's case. She's off on her first-ever residential school trip tomorrow morning (Wenesday) until Friday afternoon." She added: "No contact. I'm not okay."

In her next post, Rochelle shared how she'd attempted to cheer herself up and keep herself occupied ahead of her little girl's time away from home. "Comforting myself with a ginger tea and homemade bread pudding my girl @buildandstyle made me," alongside an image of said treats.

But the tears appeared to come soon after as Rochelle showed herself writing notes fro Alaia to read while she's away. Posting a picture of pieces of paper which read: "Open on night one," and "Open on night two," the mum-of-three simply posted crying emojis and a face holding back tears.

It comes after Rochelle recently shared how she had spent the recent half-term break in Los Angeles with her two daughters after surprising her eldest with a trip of a lifetime. To celebrate Alaia's 10th birthday, Rochelle whisked her and younger sister Valentina off to LA for the ultimate girls trip. Sharing a video montage of the moment she found out about her special birthday gift as well as photos and video from the trip on Instagram, the mum-of-three said: "Still Californian dreaming…

"If you’ve followed me for a while you’ll know just how obsessed Alaia is with all things Los Angeles, from the candy to the clothes…we’ve had 3 LA themed birthday parties but this year was one we will NEVER forget. @footprintsaroundearth helped me to pull together the most epic surprise birthday trip…down to every last detail."

She added: "It was honestly more than I could have ever hoped for and I’ve been feeling so INCREDIBLY grateful since we got home yesterday afternoon. Making her dream come true was the BIGGEST dream come true for me…" Husband Marvin, who stayed back at home with the couple's young son, Blake, was quick to respond to the post, writing in the comments: "Memories made that will truly last a lifetime. Mum of the year."
