Bayern Munich star Robert Lewandowski believes the arrival of Philippe Coutinho has made the German giants "unpredictable" this season.
New signing Coutinho made his debut last weekend as Lewandowski's hat-trick helped Bayern Munich ease to a 3-0 win at Schalke - their first victory of the new Bundesliga season.
The Brazilian superstar joined Bayern last week on a season-long loan from Barcelona , with the Bundesliga champions then having the option to buy the 27-year-old for £109.8million.
The Brazil playmaker's arrival should help cover the loss of Arjen Robben, Franck Ribery and James Rodriguez, who all left the Bavarian giants this summer, but a lack of match fitness meant he started that win on the bench.

But his new team-mate is confident that he will prove an influential member of the squad and has no doubt that he'll help them secure trophies this season.
"His last pass is insanity. He can be the key in important games, especially in the Champions League, and the special something," Lewandowski told Bild .
"We become more unpredictable through him, that makes us more dangerous. He can play on the ten, left outside, if necessary also on the right. We can play with one or two six, with tens or two aft. We have more options now."

Lewandowski also insisted he can "always play better" despite scoring a hat-trick in Bayern Munich's first win of the season at Schalke.
The Poland captain scored from the penalty spot after 20 minutes, doubled his side's lead at the start of the second half and completed his hat-trick in the 75th minute.
Speaking after the game, Lewandowski told Bayern's website: "I can always play better. I try to help the team. Alone, you can win a game, but with the team you win titles.

"No matter who I play against, I always try to score goals. The Bundesliga is not an easy league, you also have to give it a physical boost, you always have to be ready."
After making his bow, Coutinho said: "I am very happy about my debut. We won, so it was a nice evening.
"The first impressions are good. The game is very intense here. I have only been here three or four days and I'm sure I have to improve. I will work hard."
