Road closed and man rushed to hospital after electric bike crash

A city centre road is closed after a man was rushed to hospital following an electric bike crash.

Merseyside Police patrols came across the crash on Hardman Street, at the junction of Rodney Street in Liverpool City Centre, at around 3.21pm on Wednesday, September 28. Officers found an electric bike and a grey Ford Puma had crashed at the crossroads.

Police requested assistance from the North West Ambulance Service who attended to the cyclist. The ECHO understands the bike rider is a man and has slight injuries following the incident.
