To succeed in the modern business landscape, your job requires the utmost dedication and discipline. From back-to-back fashion shoots to boardroom sessions, any field now requires a relentless pace. On the one hand, this sense of momentum can bolster your work and make a significant difference in the audience it reaches. On the other hand, such a schedule can easily leave you feeling burned out and as if you have no time to relax or do anything meaningful outside of work. Fortunately, Maureen "Reen" Lepatan, the leader of Renzaire Group, is helping people from all around the world to reclaim their time and redefine success on their own terms.
Lepatan's personal journey took her from being an underappreciated model to a C-suite innovator, reframing success not by hours worked but by the time and agency you reclaim. Along her path to success, she formed a "time reclaim" manifesto, which further empowered her and her beliefs. Now, she has leveraged AI tools and strategic outsourcing to achieve enhanced freedom for herself and her clients.
Origins of the Hustle
As a Filipino creative strategist, innovation leader, and global community builder, her journey began in creative expression. She began her career as a fashion model and later went on to explore cross-cultural industries. However, over time, she realized her purpose extended beyond that surface level. Rather, she wanted to build systems that empowered others to succeed on their terms.
In light of this, Lepatan pursued education at Oxford University and MIT, blending disciplines like data science, storytelling, and business strategy. She worked as a strategic analyst at McKinsey & Company and later co-founded Renzaire Group, where she now serves as Head of Creative Innovation, leading AI-powered solutions across marketing, fashion, legal tech, and events.

Inspiration Behind the Drive
Lepatan was inspired by the gaps she had experienced firsthand in the field. As a creative woman and international professional, she faced immense hardships while trying to build something meaningful without an established network. During this time, she also saw many people with talent and drive, but lacking access to the right systems, strategies, or support. That realization prompted her to develop tools and communities that foster more inclusive innovation.
Lepatan's business was born from a desire to bridge the divide between creativity and strategy, vision and execution. She now aspires to empower others, whether through AI-powered automation, mentorship, or visual storytelling. Her work has always been rooted in helping people unlock opportunities that once felt out of reach, and she's proud to now be reaching a wider audience than ever before.
Teaching the Next Generation
In 2024, she became a Google Women Techmakers Ambassador and has since mentored diverse talents, organized community-driven tech events, and collaborated with innovators from Google, Meta, Stanford, MIT, and Oxford in Boston. She supports them not only with strategy but also by creating meaningful campaigns, events, and marketing materials that align with their mission. Many have testified that Lepatan's time management methods have given them back hours and mental bandwidth, allowing them to live more fulfilled lives and approach their work with renewed zeal.
A Brighter Future
In the future, Lepatan aspires to lead a global company that not only thrives creatively but also creates real opportunities for others. She aspires to transform her business into an international platform that serves clients across various industries while empowering professionals, creatives, and underrepresented talents to succeed on their own terms.
As Lepatan says, "My goal is to create jobs, mentor leaders, and build systems that restore time, confidence, and freedom to those I work with. I want my work to contribute meaningfully to the U.S. and global economy—not just through innovation, but through employment, collaboration, and impact. As a proud Filipino, it means a great deal to me to bring global influence while giving back to the communities and countries that have shaped me. I'm committed to continuing this work with even greater reach, responsibility, and heart."
Maureen "Reen" Lepatan believes that the entire mentality behind "success metric" needs to be adjusted in this new age of industry. It's no longer about hours per impact, but rather about impact per hour. She is working hard to achieve her vision for a future where entrepreneurs measure achievement by fulfillment, generative impact, and reclaimed life, and is practicing what she preaches.
