Russell Martin has insisted Thelo Aasgaard is ready to make an impact at striker for Rangers.
The summer signing is a surprise starter at striker for the away trip to face St Mirren in Paisley.
Cyriel Dessers is injured for the league match but both Danilo and Hamza Igamane are on the bench.

Aasgaard, however, has been given the nod at No9 for the match against Stephen Robinson's side.
Explaining the decision, Martin said: "Thelo will give us some physical presence and take the ball.
"He has played that role before, we knew he could play that role, when we brought him here, that he is going to play today.
"He has shown in training and when he came on that he is ready to do that."

Lyall Cameron and Emmanuel Fernandez also come into the side in place of the suspended Nasser Djiga and Mohamed Diomande, who drops to the bench.
Martin said of the changes: "Manny has had to wait for his chance because Nasser and John have been really good together.
"Nasser's suspension means that Manny gets a chance.
"He did some really good stuff against Alloa, scored a goal and he will have to step up again. It will be a really good game for him.
"Lyall was really unfortunate to come out of the team because of the energy he plays with.
"He has started really well here. He is back in because of the energy he brings, the level of consistency in what he does and always makes the right decision for the team first."
