Ravens announce multi-year partnership with leading sports betting company

Sports betting and digital gaming have taken the world by storm over the past few years. The two industries have consistently grown, and now the Baltimore Ravens have announced that they’re partnering with one of the top companies in the fields.

The Ravens and BetMGM have teamed up on a multi-year partnership, both parties announced. The team’s Chief Sales Officer Kevin Rochlitz was excited about the move to partner with the sports betting giant.

“When we began the process of carefully identifying sports betting and digital gaming partners, one of our top priorities was finding unique ways for Ravens fans to further engage with the team…We are excited to partner with BetMGM and look forward to the specialized entertainment experience the company will provide for our fans.”

BetMGM shared the same excitement, as the company’s Chief Revenue Officer Matt Prevost called Baltimore an incredible organization.

“The Ravens are an incredible organization with a rich history, and we’re proud to have BetMGM as the team’s first official partner in the gaming space. We look forward to offering Ravens fans new ways to engage with their favorite football team on our market-leading platforms.”

Both mobile and retail sports betting are legalized in Maryland, but regulations are still being established. Jorge Perez, who is the President and Chief Operating officer of MGM National Harbor, said that the partnership comes at an important time for Maryland sports betting.

“BetMGM’s partnership with the Baltimore Ravens comes at a pivotal time for MGM National Harbor, as we usher in the era of legalized sports betting in Maryland. We are confident that we will provide Ravens fans throughout the DMV with new and innovative ways to experience football season before, during and after games at our entertainment resort.”

This is a big step for the Ravens, as it’s their first official partnership with a company in the sports betting field. As betting becomes fully figured out in Maryland, it will be nice for Baltimore to have entered this agreement with BetMGM, which will feature Ravens related campaigns and promotions on their application.
