Raveena Tandon recalls how she survived in the industry; says people tried to bury her, reject her

Raveena Tandon recently spilled some beans on her struggling days in Bollywood. The actress also recalled how she survived all the dirty politics in the industry.

In an interview with a news portal, Raveena said that despite having such a great father, people tried to bury and reject her. Although she fought back every time, the actress revealed that it was never easy. The actress went on to add that it bothers her that a real talented person never gets the chance to prove themselves easily in this industry.

Raveena added that she doesn’t appreciate the dirty politics that’s been going on in the industry for ages. In her 30-year-long career, she has seen so many people struggling to keep afloat and fight back. Some survive, some don’t and that’s so shattering to watch, she told Hindustan Times.

The actress also went on to talk about her career goals. According to her, she doesn’t want to get typecast after ‘Aranyak’. According to her, she wants to explore more genres and wants to be remembered for her versatility.

About managing work and family, Raveena added that although it is always a challenge to manage both, the actress says that she is less worried about small things. According to her, it is progressing well as her sleep is much better.
