Action Bronson revealed that he has lost 80lbs after announcing his new fitness plan last month.
On Thursday, the rapper shared an Instagram video of himself lifting weights with the caption: “I’m getting all the money that’s owed to me over all these years.
“I deserve to have a hot bod. I’m 283 down 80lbs from a whopping 363 and still going strong. Give yourself the flowers. Terminator in the making.”
The 36-year-old Queens, New York native concluded the caption: “Time for bigger weights.”
In the comments, Bronson’s fans applauded his progress and shared words of encouragement.
Bronson, who hosts the food show F***, That’s Delicious, first announced he was embarking on a fitness journey on 6 June with another workout video showing him doing push-ups.
“I was on a path that leads straight to the graveyard,” Bronson captioned the clip. “Eating for sport took its toll but it's my fault and it’s on me to fix me."
The Easy Rider singer, who has three children, also explained that he wants to become healthy for his loved ones, writing: “I owe it to myself and my family.”
According to the rapper, whose real name is Arian Asllani, he first decided to make a change when he reached 363lbs, which he recalled made him “shocked and scared”.
In addition to working out, the food show host has also changed what he eats, telling TMZ during an Instagram Live that he has been cooking every day in quarantine and drinks green juice twice a day.
“[I'm] just really watching what I eat,” he said. “Before I was just animalistic, it was unnecessary what I was doing.”
