Rangers' stars were taken on a team bonding day to Loch Lomond this morning as Russell Martin tried something new to help save his job.
It's understood the under pressure head coach, his staff and players all took part in a cold water dip in the Loch on Monday morning.
This was before they stomped up Conic Hill, near to the area's popular village, Balmaha.
The Rangers players were tasked with the exercises, as opposed to training at Auchenhowie, in a bid to help the new-look squad gel together following a dismal start to the 2025/26 season.
Rangers lost to Hearts on Saturday afternoon, as Derek McInnes' men stormed nine points clear of the Ibrox club after just five games played.
Martin is still searching for his first league victory after the opening matches against Motherwell, Dundee, St Mirren, Celtic and the Jambos.
Chants of 'Martin, get to f***,' could be heard at various points from the stands at Ibrox during the weekend defeat.
However, it emerged on Sunday that the former Southampton manager is safe in his position for now, with American owner Andrew Cavenagh providing his backing to the one-time Scotland international.
They face Hibernian in the quarter-finals of the Premier Sports Cup this Saturday.
And Martin will be hoping that their nature adventure on the Bonnie Banks will have helped gear his players up for the task.
