Rangers have outlined their summer transfer priorities in minutes from their latest Fan Advisory Board meeting, giving a clearer picture of the club’s plans ahead of the new season.
A review of the 2025/26 campaign is ongoing after their title challenge collapsed late on. Danny Rohl’s side won four consecutive league games heading into the Premiership split, but then lost their next four, ending any hopes of lifting the title.
The club confirmed the upcoming transfer window will "focus on improving leadership, mentality and squad chemistry, alongside addressing key positional needs."

The FAB also pushed for a stronger Scottish core within the squad, stressing the importance of players suited to the demands of the SPFL. Rangers acknowledged that view but maintained that overall quality will remain the priority in recruitment decisions.
There was also discussion around player development, with Findlay Curtis set to be reintroduced and Ashton Scally among those progressing within the system.
The club made clear this will be part of a longer-term rebuild, with changes planned across multiple transfer windows rather than a single summer.
