Rangers youngster Josh McPake is set to head back out on loan this season.
The 19-year-old from Coatbridge had been linked with a move to the Ibrox side's Premiership rivals Motherwell after a successful loan spell at English League Two side Harrogate Town last term, which saw him lift the FA Trophy at Wembley.
However, the Scottish Sun are reporting that the winger will snub the Steelmen and head back down south, with the Scotland under-19 international set to agree a move to Morecambe in English League One.
Doncaster Rovers were also keen for McPake to join but it appears he has chosen Morecambe as his next destination to gain more vital first team experience.
