UDAIPUR: A three-year-old girl was brutally raped and murdered before being thrown in a well at a village in Chittorgarh on Thursday.
Earlier in the day, the accused took a four-year-old boy to the same well and tried to molest him but could not succeed as the boy started shouting and people noticed it. The incident took place at a village in Bassi area of Chittorgarh district. There was a wedding in the village and many people had gathered. Rameshwar Dhakar (30), taking advantage of the celebrations, first abducted a 4-year-old boy and took him to the well a few kilometres away from the wedding venue.
He started molesting the boy and bit him at several places. When the boy started shouting, accused got scared and took the boy back to the wedding venue.
