The Antonio Brown off-the-field saga is already growing old in Oakland. On Thursday afternoon, Brown continued to engage in a Twitter beef with former Steelers teammate, Ryan Clark.
Clark, who has been very vocal about Brown and his off-field issues over the years, commented on a post regarding his journalistic integrity.
Brown then responded to Clark’s tweet, threatening that violence could occur if and when they meet again:
This is just one of many small off-field stories with Brown over the last several months. Between feuding with teammates, coaches and media members, Brown hasn’t endeared himself to the public, as of late. However, the Raiders knew about the risk of these things happening when they made a move to acquire Brown.
Considering that they just handed Brown a hefty new contract, they are going to have to learn to ignore these Twitter spats, as unfortunate as that may seem.
