Raheem Sterling could return to the starting XI for Manchester City's FA Cup quarter-final against Everton on Saturday.
Sterling hasn't played a minute in any of City's last three matches and the forward was left out of the squad completely for last weekend's 3-0 win at Fulham.
Pep Guardiola rubbished the suggestion that there had been a dispute between Sterling and himself, insisting that his exclusion has been purely tactical.
As a result, with Sterling now fully rested he could return to the team at the weekend as City look to book their place in a Wembley semi-final.
Guardiola will no doubt be keen to advance in the tournament and, thanks to the forthcoming international break, as he doesn't have to worry about yet another game in a few days time he may play a very strong side.
That could see Aleks Zinchenko replace Kyle Walker in an otherwise unchanged defence alongside Joao Cancelo, Ruben Dias and John Stones.
After a rare poor display in the Manchester derby, Kevin De Bruyne has scored three goals in his last two games in a scintillating return to form and will surely retain his place in the midfield with Rodri.
Bernardo Silva could move back from a more attacking position to join them in in the middle of the park, with Ilkay Gundogan dropping to the bench.
That would make room for Gabriel Jesus to also come back into the starting XI, with Riyad Mahrez continuing on the right flank.
