Pregnant Princess Beatrice will celebrate her 33rd birthday having carved out her role in the Royal Family under the watchful eye of the Queen with who she shares a special bond.
The daughter of Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson has always said that her two role models in life are her mum and the Queen who always has a lot of time for her.
Beatrice and her husband Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi are expecting their first child this autumn and she is set to celebrate her birthday, turning 33, on Sunday with her family.
She is very close to her sister Eugenie and her parents but it is her close bond to the Queen that stands out.
Despite the collapse of Andrew and Fergie’s marriage and the fallout for the Royal Family, the Queen has always looked out for Beatrice.

In a Hello interview Beatrice once said: “I have two role models, my mother and my grandmother....I am very lucky that I happen to be related to these two incredible women."
And it was Beatrice’s wedding last year that really showed the fondness that the two hold for each other.
Beatrice and Edoardo got engaged in Italy and it was reported that while Beatrice would have liked the wedding to have been in that country it was out of the question because the Queen wouldn’t have flown there for it.
Due to Covid restrictions and the cancellation of a larger-scale event at St James’ Palace, a more intimate wedding took place at All Saints Chapel in Windsor, where the Queen and Prince Philip were based during lockdown, so that her gran could be there.
A source told the Evening Standard at the time: "The Princess and her fiancé wanted make sure Her Majesty attend before she leaves for her annual holiday in Balmoral at the end of the month."

Then Beatrice also opted for a made-to-order wedding dress of the Queen’s that was quickly altered for her.
While the Queen gives out tiaras for brides in the Royal Family, there was no missing either that she gave out her favourite, the one she wore to her own wedding, to Beatrice.
Beatrice has also previously said how she found the Queen inspiring due to her “sense of duty”.

She told Hello: “ I find my grandmother inspiring every day because her overwhelming sense of duty is linked with an overwhelming curiosity.
“Every day she’s curious to learn something new, to do something new ... she goes out into the community with a genuine curiosity as to how she can be a force for good in the world."
And Beatrice is also is trying to make an impact for good as she takes parts in events like the one this week in New York on women’s empowerment that was hosted by LaPorsche Thomas.
