Sean Crighton has been named as the new Queen's Park head coach.
The 35-year-old has taken the job after stepping into the interim coaching staff during a six-week period at the end of the season.
Queen's Park retained their Championship status under interim boss Steven MacLean, who has now left his position at the Glasgow club.
Crighton had stepped in to assist with first-team matters, having been involved with the B team at Queen's Park.
The former defender led the club to a second consecutive SPFL Reserve League title before landing the top job at Queen's Park.
Crighton first moved into coaching at Morton where he combined playing duties with a position as head of youth at the Greenock club. He went on to coach at Airdire and was caretaker boss at Stenhousemuir.
Queen’s Park FC president Graeme Shields said: “On behalf of the Club I am delighted to have appointed Sean to the role as first-team head coach.
“Over the past year he has displayed impressive leadership qualities around our training complex at Lochinch, working with both the first team and the B team who he successfully led to a second consecutive SPFL Reserve League title.
“Sean will now begin appointing his coaching staff and prepare the first team squad for their return to pre-season training next month ahead of the new campaign.
“I’d also like to place on record the Club’s thanks to Steven MacLean who has left his position as interim head coach having helped retain the club’s place in the 2025-26 William Hill Championship.”
New head coach Sean added: “I am honoured to take this role with Queen’s Park – a club with a historic place within our game.
“This summer will be one of change at the football club but having witnessed the depth of talent within the club and worked with them over the past year, I am excited for the challenge ahead.”
