Cameron Carter-Vickers has joined Championship side Stoke City on loan for the 2019/20 season.
The centre-back has spent the past two campaigns away from Spurs on loan having also played for Sheffield United, Ipswich Town and Swansea City.
Impressing during his time at the Liberty Stadium 12 months ago, Mauricio Pochettino has allowed the United States international to move on once again with opportunities in the first team limited.
Carter-Vickers finds himself behind Jan Vertonghen, Toby Alderweireld, Davinson Sanchez, Juan Foyth and Eric Dier in the pecking order at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium at present, with youngster Japhet Tanganga taking his chance in pre-season.
Speaking following his loan move to Staffordshire, Stoke manager Nathan Jones hailed the signing of the talented defender.
"Cameron’s arrival strengthens our central defensive resources which is something we made a priority after Ryan Shawcross suffered his unfortunate injury," he told Stoke City's official website.

"He’s a highly promising young player who has already shown that the Championship holds no fears for him.
"He was wanted by a number of clubs at this level and we’re delighted to have managed to sign him."
The announcement of Carter-Vickers' exit on Spurs' Twitter page was hijacked by supporters with them still waiting patiently for new arrivals before the 5pm deadline.
Giovani Lo Celso and Ryan Sessegnon have both been tipped to sign in the remaining two hours, with Paulo Dybala a slim possibility as it now appears Juventus don't want to part with him given they've no replacement lined up.
