Purdue EDGE George Karlaftis declares for 2022 NFL draft

One of the top pass rushers in the nation is leaving school early for the next level.

Purdue edge defender George Karlaftis is declaring for the 2022 NFL draft, making his announcement via social media Tuesday.

He joins a loaded class of edge rushers that could feature the top two overall picks in Oregon’s Kayvon Thibodeaux and Michigan’s Aidan Hutchinson. Karlaftis is a stud prospect in his own right, and could end up being a top-10 selection.
