James McFadden, Chris Sutton and Martin O'Neill were in awe at the noise when James Forrest equalised for Celtic late on against St Mirren on Saturday.
The winger, introduced on 54 minutes, spared his side's trophy day blushes and found the back of the net to make it 16 consecutive seasons in which he has scored in green and white hoops.

The goal was greeted with widespread celebrations inside Celtic Park: "Listen to the noise in here, what that means to the fans," said McFadden on Sky Sports.
Commentator Ian Crocker was equally taken aback: "The noise when he scored there - wow."
Post-match, Sutton and O'Neill outlined how significant the roar was: "It was greeted as if it was a Champions League winner, it was really fantastic," said the latter.
"The crowd - I’ve managed this side for a number of years - I’m not sure I’ve heard a bigger roar."
Sutton replied: "Martin talking about the roar, it was fitting - it was sensational."
Forrest and Celtic now turn their attention to next weekend's Scottish Cup final against Aberdeen.
Manager Brendan Rodgers will be looking to win his third treble in charge of the club: "The first time coming towards that first treble you’d be so focused, then when the final whistle went against Aberdeen I knew I was joining the ranks of some incredible managers who had gone before me," he said.
"So I know the narrative around this one being the first manager to win three trebles. That will probably only sink in - if it happens - later on."
