Prince Harry displayed a "rather mature form of sadness" during his appearance at the GQ Men of the Year awards last night, according to a body language expert.
The Duke of Sussex returned to the spotlight when he made a virtual appearance to present a prize to Dame Sarah Gilbert, Professor Catherine Green and the team behind the Oxford/AstraZeneca vaccine.
During his speech, Harry urged governments to do more to vaccinate poorer countries and insisted communities need access to "trustworthy information" about the jabs.
Now body language expert Judi James has taken a look at the prince's video, and insisted his "low-key" appearance is actually very telling about hows he's feeling.
She told us: "Harry’s rather low-key body language here appears to place him in guru/expert mode as he delivers a lecture about vaccine ‘disparity’ and ‘mass-scale misinformation’ from those who ‘peddle lies and fear’.

"By using what looks like an understated delivery he appears to move attention to his words here.
"He seems to be sitting rather than standing and with no apparent gesticulation or the signature Harry grin.
"Along with the formal dress and huge, funereal-looking flower arrangement behind him, his look is very grown-up and rather regal.

"His social smile is a mouth-curl with the lips closed to endorse the seriousness of his lecture-made points and his small head movements from side to side suggest an authoritative and rather mature form of sadness rather than any visual burning of anger."
Harry's appearance at the awards show could have been a bit awkward if he'd attended in person as Piers Morgan was one of the guests.
Just hours earlier, Piers had declared he'd been vindicated by a Ofcom report into his rant about Harry's wife Meghan on GMB.

The telly host had insisted he didn't believe many of Meghan's claims during the couple's interview with Oprah Winfrey earlier this year.
The TV row resulted in Piers being forced to step down from his job, and sparked a flurry of complaints to the broadcasting watchdog.
However, Ofcom ruled Good Morning Britain was not in breach of the broadcasting code over Piers' comments.
Moments after the news broke, Piers tweeted about his happiness over the ruling.
The bolshy TV host penned: "BREAKING: @Ofcom rejects all complaints against me over Meghan Markle furore that led to my exit from @GMB . Verdict says I was entitled to disbelieve her & Prince Harry & to restrict my right to do so would be a ‘chilling restriction on freedom of expression."
