Prestige Estates Q1 sales bookings down 46 pc to Rs 6,579 cr

New Delhi: Realty firm Prestige Estates Projects Ltd on Thursday reported 46 per cent decline in sales bookings to Rs 6,579.3 crore for the first quarter of this fiscal on high base effect.

Its sales bookings or pre-sales stood at Rs 12,126.4 crore in the year-ago period. During June quarter of 2025-26, the company had launched a big-ticket project in Delhi-NCR, helping it to achieve the record pre-sales.

"The residential business recorded pre-sales of Rs 6,579.3 crore during Q1 FY27, with sales volume of 6.04 million square feet and 3,337 units sold," Prestige Estates said in a regulatory filing.

Hyderabad was the largest contributor to quarterly sales, accounting for 49 per cent of total sales, followed by Bengaluru (27 per cent), Mumbai (12 per cent), NCR (7 per cent) and other markets (5 per cent).

The company achieved an average realization of Rs 11,193 per square feet for apartments, while the average realization for plotted developments stood at Rs 8,043 per square foot.

Looking ahead, we have an exciting lineup of marquee launches across Mumbai, NCR, Bengaluru and Chennai during the festive season, which we believe will further strengthen our growth momentum."

The company completed three projects during the June quarter with a total developable area of 4.37 million square feet.

Bengaluru-based Prestige Estates, one of the leading real estate developers in the country, achieved a record sales bookings of Rs 30,024 crore during 2025-26 fiscal, up 76 per cent from the preceding year.

The company has set a target to achieve Rs 35,000-36,000 crore of sales bookings or pre-sales during 2026-27 fiscal.

Prestige Group has delivered 316 projects spanning 212 million sq ft and has a pipeline of 135 projects across 227 million sq ft.
