Kilmarnock host Dundee United in an all-Premiership affair, with St Mirren at home to Heart of Midlothian in the last 16.
Livingston and Hibernian face off for a spot in the quarter-final, with St Johnstone hosting Motherwell.
Greenock Morton were drawn against Aberdeen. Partick Thistle and Ayr United face off in an all-Championship tie.
The matches will be played on the weekend of August 16/17.
