Pregnant Lottie Tomlinson and Caroline Flack's ex Lewis Burton reveal gender of baby

Lottie Tomlinson has announced she is expecting a baby boy with her partner Lewis Burton.

The 23-year-old make-up artist and brother of One Direction member Louis Tomlinson took to Instagram today to post a gender reveal clip in which she and Lewis, 29, released a cannon of blue confetti and powder.

The excited mum-to-be gasps and holds her hands to her face before hugging Lewis twice as the confetti settles.

She simply captioned the video "Our little baby...." followed by a white love heart.

The sweet video has already been seen more than 291,000 times, with celebrity friends rushing to congratulate the pair.

Love Island star Georgia Harrison and TOWIE's Mario Falcone were among those who commented, as well as Wayne Linekar, who said: "Congratulations guys... amazing".

The blonde beauty announced she was expecting first child with Lewis, who is the ex of the late Caroline Flack, earlier this month.

The social media star shared a pair of beautiful images to break the news to her fans.

In one, she's sitting on bent legs and holding onto her blossoming bump, and is dressed in knickers and a crop top that draws further attention to her growing baby.

A second snap sees beaming former tennis pro Lewis join her and lovingly caress her stomach.

Lottie captioned the snaps: "Just the three of us."

Lewis and Lottie went public with their romance six months after the tragic death of his then-girlfriend Caroline. in February 2020

They're said to have met at a party being held by Caroline's loved ones to mark three months since she took her own life at the age of 40.

Lottie had been good friends with the TV presenter and was invited to the event organised in her honour.

After suffering her own tragic losses, with the deaths of her mum Johannah Deakin and her sister Félicité, Lottie is thought to have struck up a bond with Lewis.

Johannah, Lottie's mum, died aged 43 in December 2016 following a battle against leukaemia.

Then in March 2019, Lottie and Louis’ younger sister, Félicité Tomlinson, died aged just 18-years-old following an accidental drugs overdose at her London home.

In December, Lottie paid tribute to her mum, five years on from her death, sharing a photograph of a hand-written note her mum gave her shortly before passing away.

Sharing the note dated 27 November 2016 and reading: “To my gorgeous princess. The bravest big eyes in the world. Love you forever, Mummy,” Lottie said the note was her most treasured possession.

In an emotional post, she wrote: “5 years without my Mum. My last card from her 10 days before she went to heaven. I love you forever too Mama & I’ll treasure this forever."
