Jesy Nelson has revealed a relationship rule for boyfriend Zion Foster in a candid TikTok from her hospital room.
The pregnant Little Mix star, 33, has been in hospital since late March after she was diagnosed with twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome (TTTS), a condition that could put one or both of her babies at risk.
She underwent emergency surgery to prevent complications around the high-risk condition after revealing both babies had been “living off one placenta”.
Nelson has now given fans an insight into her romance with rapper Foster, 26, in a video they filmed while they were “bored AF” in the hospital.
Sitting next to Foster, the Black Magic singer told the camera, “So today we've decided - or I've decided - to let Zion do my makeup and this is the look he's got to achieve [gesturing to her glam face].”
As Foster began to apply foundation after she had taken off her makeup, Nelson asked: “How do you feel about makeup?”

“I prefer you without it. It's inconvenient,” Foster, who began dating Nelson in 2022, admitted.
“Inconvenient for who?” Nelson asked, mock-outraged, as Foster declared: “Me!”
Laughing, Nelson explained to fans: “When I've got makeup on I don't let him kiss me, he hates it.”
After Foster had applied foundation, blusher, and lipliner, he praised his efforts, saying: “You're glowing! Oh my days, I've smashed it already!” as Nelson admitted: “You've not done too badly.”
Nelson, who is seven months into her pregnancy, announced her pregnancy in January by posting a photo of her with Foster, who placed a hand over her bump.
She previously said her twins were monochorionic diamniotic (MCDA), meaning they share a single placenta but have their own separate sacs.
According to the NHS website, TTTS affects 10 to 15 per cent of identical twins who share a placenta, and it “can have serious consequences”.
The condition is caused by abnormal connecting blood vessels in the twins’ placenta which leads to an imbalanced blood flow from one twin, known as the donor, to the recipient twin, leaving one baby with a greater blood volume than the other.
Last month, the hitmaker reassured fans that the TTTS had “cleared up,” and that the babies are “still going strong”.
“We just wanted to come on here because we are another week further along, and we feel so grateful and blessed that these little babies are still going strong,” she said in a video from hospital.
“You guys have been so lovely; we’ve seen all of your lovely messages and stories, and it’s really helped us keep going.”
Panning around the hospital room, she added with a smile: “We’re still in here! Hope you’re all enjoying the sunshine. Unfortunately, we can’t! Well, we can. I mean, Zion takes me out in the wheelchair down the road, but that’s as far as we can go.”
