A SCOTTISH safari park has been put on the market for £750,000.
Highland Safaris and Red Deer Centre – in Dull, Aberfeldy – is a Scottish Tourist Board five-star attraction and has a TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence.
Combining jeep and boat safari trips through the Scottish countryside with activities such as archery, axe throwing, gold panning, children’s safaris and a discovery trail, the centre attracts over 60,000 visitors annually.
The 10.5-acre site also has approved planning permission for the creation of 11 holiday lodges.
“It has been great to continue to evolve the Highland Safaris offering during our ownership, adding various new attractions to those of such a long-established business and see so many customers get out into the Perthshire countryside,” the current owners said.
“We now hope to pass that stewardship to a new owner who will continue to build on this legacy and success.”
The sale process is being managed by Christie & Co, whose associate director Mark Lavery added: “Highland Safaris and Red Deer Centre is a prominent leisure destination in the heart of Perthshire. The centre showcases the beauty of the Scottish countryside and Scottish wildlife, along with boat tours of the stunning Loch Tay. We anticipate a high number of enquiries from potential new owners looking to take on an established visitor attraction in a unique location.”
Highland Safaris and Red Deer Centre is on the market with a freehold asking price of £750,000.
