Two popular Kilmarnock restaurants have decided to reopen their doors to the public.
While the lockdown continues, and looks set to be extended further, all restaurants, pubs and non-essential shops remain closed.
But places offering takeaway and delivery for residents have been continuing to trade throughout the coronavirus crisis.
Now two Kilmarnock eateries that had closed because of the pandemic have decided to reopen their doors to the public.
Bar Luca and Maggie's Bar and Kitchen are both running limited takeaway menus and will only be open Friday to Sunday.
Bar Luca – which reopens tonight – wrote on Facebook: "Collections and deliveries will be available from 4pm to 9pm Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
"We have a big restaurant so please use the space wisely when picking up your orders. Our staff will help you with this.
"Please note that we are currently closed and will reopen on Friday so unfortunately we can’t answer any calls at this time. We will be in the building from 3pm on Friday."
And Bar Luca have also decided to offer pints of Peroni and Strongbow for customers to enjoy at home too.
Maggie's Bar and Kitchen – which reopened last weekend – posted: "Your weekend just got a whole lot better!
"We have decided to trial our takeaway service as of tonight (Friday, April 3).
"Orders must be made via telephone & paid via card to avoid direct contact with our drivers. Orders can be placed from 3.30pm and deliveries will start from 5pm."
