Police want to find this man over serious incident

Police have launched an appeal to trace the whereabouts of a man wanted in connection with an arson attack in Trafford. Callum Hinds is wanted in connection to an incident, which took place in Stretford in July 2021.

Police said Callum is also known as CJ Hinds. Greater Manchester Police has not revealed any further information about the nature of the incident, but anyone with information regarding Callum's whereabouts is asked to contact police.

In a statement, a GMP spokesperson said: “Police are appealing for the public’s help to trace a wanted man from Sale. Callum Hinds, also known as CJ Hinds, is wanted in connection with an arson in Stretford in July 2021.

“Anybody with information regarding his whereabouts is asked to contact police on 0161 856 9580 or contact the independent charity Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111.”

Other police appeals issued in the last week include two men officers would like to speak with in connection to 'disorder' at a 'disorder' at a Bolton Wanderers v Sheffield Wednesday match in April. Police have also released CCTV images of two people they would like to speak with in connection to a homophobic incident in the city centre.
