A suspected drink driver was stopped by police after they spotted the 'state' of his car.
The silver Land Rover was pulled over by officers in Chadderton, Oldham, after it was seen being driven on its rims.
Police said the motorist provided a positive breath test at the road side, but refused to provide another sample in custody.
Officers on the GMP Traffic Twitter account said the driver was being held 'until he sobers up'.
The tweet read: "This one was stopped in Chadderton after being sighted by officers travelling in this state.
"After a struggle with both occupants driver provided a positive breath test of 100ug.

"Driver arrested and vehicle seized #S165.

Another tweet read: "Once at custody the driver decided he didn't want to provide a sample of breath because he 'knows his rights' so he's currently sat in a cell until he sobers up, when he will be charged with failing to provide a sample along with the other traffic offences."
