A woman who died in a crash in Llandysul, Ceredigion, has been identified by police.
Tracey Ladd, 59, was treated at the scene of the crash but died from her injuries.
One vehicle was involved in the incident at Llandysul Bridge shortly before 9.30am on Friday, June 12.
A Dyfed-Powys Police spokesperson said: “Police were called to Llandysul Bridge following a collision involving one vehicle.
“Ambulance and fire service also attended.
“A 59-year-old woman was treated by paramedics at the scene, but sadly passed away. Her family has been informed.”
