A TEENAGER is in a serious condition in hospital following a crash involving four off-road motorcycles.
The collision happened on North Anderson Drive near Provost Fraser Drive in Aberdeen at around 4.45pm on Monday.
Police said the teenager in hospital was riding one of the motorcycles.
The riders of the other motorcycles left the scene.
Officers are keen to trace the trio and urged them to come forward.
Sergeant Pete Henderson, from north east road policing, said: “Inquiries are ongoing and we are appealing to anyone who witnessed the crash or has dashcam footage of the area at the time to contact us.
“We would also ask the riders of the motorcycles that were involved in the incident to come forward to assist with the investigation.”
The road was closed for investigations following the crash and reopened at around 9.15pm.
