A man indecently exposed himself to a 75-year-old woman.
Gwent Police said the woman was walking in Ebbw Vale on Tuesday, May 25, when she was approached by the male.
The incident happened on Bethcar Street and Eureka Place at about 4pm.
The man, who was described as white and wearing a grey tracksuit at the time, indecently exposed himself.
He is described as in his twenties, of slim build, around 5’ 10” tall with a shaved head.
The man was also clean shaven and was wearing a grey tracksuit at the time.
Officers have launched an appeal in an effort to locate the man and have asked anyone with information which could assist their enquiries to come forward.
