Police concerned for missing teenager who likes to travel by train

Police are concerned for the safety of a teenager who is missing from Ilkeston. Lewis was last seen on Saturday night, July 8, at around 11.30pm.

Derbyshire Constabulary has released an appeal to find the missing 14-year-old from Ilkeston. He is described as 5ft 10ins tall with short ginger curly hair, the force said.

He is believed to be wearing light brown shorts and a green top. Police said Lewis likes to travel by train and has links to the Chesterfield and Grimsby areas.

Police said they are concerned for his safety and released an appeal on their website. It reads: "Have you seen Lewis, or do you know where he is? If you have any information, please contact us on the details below and mention incident 59 of 9 July."

Information about Lewis' whereabouts can be given to the police through their social media pages or by calling them on 101.
